Strategy
Tideborn Command
★★★★☆ 4.4
Tideborn Command is a slow-burn strategy game about controlling shipping lanes across a stormy archipelago. Instead of overwhelming you with numbers, it asks you to think about wind, sightlines and where your enemy can't see you coming.
Each mission is a tidy puzzle of its own. I lost a few battles simply because I committed too early, and learning to hold back was half the fun. The UI is clean and the tutorial doesn't drown you.
It's a thinker, not a twitch game, so temper expectations if you want action. For anyone who likes chess on water, it's a great fit.
